Job Title: Sales Support Manager – Paramont US
WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for the next great person to join our amazing Sales team! The Sales Support Manager is responsible for assisting with and managing a variety of sales duties, including timeline management, obtaining market insights, and conducting competitive analysis.
WHAT ARE THE EXPECTATIONS
If you thrive on retail details, this might be the perfect role for you! You'll play a key support role, working closely with our global teams to help bring creative consumer products to life. Our team develops compelling retail strategies that we execute swiftly and successfully, and you are expected to understand and manage assigned deliverables to support the team. You'll enjoy keeping projects on track by managing timelines, evaluating and managing samples, updating data dashboards, managing .com deliverables and helping develop top-notch product proposals. Plus, you'll build great relationships with the internal and external teams and step in as a backup contact when needed. This is an ideal position for someone who loves juggling multiple tasks and collaborating with teams worldwide!
WHAT YOU NEED | EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
WHAT YOU NEED | EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business, marketing, market research, or client-facing role, preferably with a consumer products company
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as receptive listening skills over email, video conference, phone, and in-person interaction; ability to communicate research findings and insights clearly
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment but be self-motivated and able to work independently as well
- Ability to work full time from home, located in Northwest Arkansas region
- Must provide reliable transportation for driving to and from local stores and customer office(s) and be able to evaluate, deliver and ship samples.
- Proof of current, valid, Driver’s License
Preferred
- Experience with timeline management software preferred
- Experience with Retail Link preferred
- Experience with Luminate preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
