General Manager | Bumble Bee Blinds | Northwest Arkansas
Compensation Range (based on candidate experience): $50,000-$70,000 plus commission potential
At Bumble Bee Blinds of Northwest Arkansas, we are seeking an experienced leader to join our Hive as our General Manager and help us grow our business! Experienced candidates, as well as candidates meeting at least some (but not all) of the job requirements, are encouraged to apply.
About the Role:
The General Manager will invest in our company as much as we invest in you as a small business. You will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, comfortable supervising and motivating sales consultants and provide leadership and daily support to ensure productivity of the sales team and successful installation of all window treatment projects. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, focusing on holding the team accountable through dashboard metrics, customer feedback, and utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) traction system. For long-term growth and development of Bumble Bee Blinds of Northwest Arkansas, the General Manager will strive to ensure the team is contributing towards our team culture, sales goals, and exceptional customer service. The General Manager reports directly to the Franchise Owners.

Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years' sales and management experience
- 3+ years’ home services experience a plus, but not required
- Experience in both leadership and management of teams
- A strong understanding of home services product sales is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including and understanding of basic grammar and writing
- Professional appearance and attitude; friendly demeanor towards every customer and colleague
- Demonstrates technological capabilities
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations on location during all business hours
- Lead a high-performing team and train and develop talent to success. Provide feedback and coaching through regular check-ins. Manage sub-contractor installers relationships
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue
- Manage office, team schedule, inventory, project schedules, project plans, work orders and payment
- Coach team to promptly address customer issues and complaints and develop solutions to resolve issues timely and effectively to foster a customer-focused workplace
- Maintain accuracy across estimates and invoices in the CRM
- Ensure employees are well-trained in their area of expertise
- Manage and maintain daily sales reporting
- Manage vehicles and maintenance
- Analyze business results based on KPI reporting and make recommendations to Ownership
- Plan and schedule daily installation routes to maximize efficiency
- Occasional participation in local promotional activities to support business development (which may take place during evenings and/or weekends)
