Minimum Qualifications:
Licensure from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
At least three years of practice in an outpatient GYN (women's) health clinic setting
Experience with insertion and removal of IUDs and Nexplanon
Current certification in BLS
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a college health setting or with a college population
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient knowledge of outpatient GYN office procedures (LARC) and experience with electronic medical record use/documentation
Ability to obtain medical history, evaluate, diagnose and treat each patient requesting care
Ability to provide sufficient information to allow each patient to make an informed consent
Ability to recommend diagnostic testing and/or specialty referrals
Ability to provide patient health education in both the acute treatment of disease and preventative care
