The Leadership Development Programs Manager is a dynamic and organized thought leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role is essential for the operational end-to-end execution of Serve2Perform’s leadership development programs, including Cultural Navigator, Accelerator, Incubator, Executive Coaching, and legacy Serve2Perform leadership development programs.

The Programs Manager will work closely with the business unit leaders to ensure the successful planning, activation, and delivery of all leadership development initiatives.

The Programs Manager will collaborate across teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to enhance program experience and success.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the delivery and execution of leadership development programs, ensuring seamless participant onboarding, engagement, and program coordination.
Partner with the Customer Success team to maintain program quality control and follow up with participants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the success of S2P programs and services.

Qualifications

Strong project management experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
