Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and friendly service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties
- Greet and seat customers promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and bussing dishes as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and reporting shortages.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of culinary practices, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures is a plus.

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
