We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities
- Act as a personal assistant to management, handling correspondence and prioritizing tasks
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Utilize Spanish language skills to assist with bilingual communication when needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with medical or dental receptionist duties as required

Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office setting or as a personal assistant is preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist tasks is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
