Job Title: Private Banking Specialist 2

What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service by displaying sincere, outgoing, and aggressive friendliness.
• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals by selling products to new and existing customers by identifying problems, needs, and opportunities.
• Answer questions concerning accounts, loans, statements, etc., including but not limited to assisting customers with deposit risk management and day-to-day banking business.
• Support private banking qualifications by completing customer financial profiles.
• Assist customers with various loan application processes.
• Coordinate loan requests and process through Arvest Bank – Mortgage Division, Centralized Loan Underwriting department or through the commercial loan processes as required for the various types of loan requests.
• Obtain the necessary documentation to support ongoing technical exceptions in the loan files.
• Close loans for commercial, mortgage, and/or consumer loans to customer’s satisfaction and perform a final overview of documents to ensure quality.
• Participate in private banking business development program to comprehensively service customers.
• Serve as backup for deposit account requests.
• Acquire and maintain insurance and annuity licenses if considered necessary by the private banking department within its market.
• Acknowledge customer complaints and follow policy and procedures for reporting purposes.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
Responsibilities:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 3 years of experience as a Loan Assistant and/or Private Banking Specialist preferred.
• 5 years of experience in banking preferred
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days required.
• Successful completion of Fundamentals of Lending or ability to obtain within 90 days required.
• Arvest experience preferred.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
