About this Opportunity
At PAM Transport, we know that our drivers are the backbone of the country, and we are committed to supporting them with the best possible service. As a member of our Road Rescue team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our drivers can continue to deliver the goods and services that keep our economy moving.
Pay and Schedule
This position is on site Sunday - Wednesday 5:30pm to 5:30am. The pay range is $45,000-$55,000/year dependent on experience.

How you will contribute to the success of the team:
- Promptly answer incoming calls from drivers
- Gather necessary information to provide assistance for repairs to equipment
- Quickly resolve tire and equipment issues related to breakdown, repair, and roadside assistance
- Ensure quality and safety of repairs, minimize cost, and maximize equipment utilization
- Locate the appropriate vendor closest to the breakdown
- Maintain contact with the driver and vendors to ensure the repairs will be completed quickly
- Update operations personnel as to equipment status
- Communicate with vendors through their online portals
- Use email to review pictures and estimate
- Making accident reports when drivers call to report damages found or are involved in a current accident
What makes you a strong candidate for this position:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Effective verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Preferred automotive and/or diesel mechanic knowledge
