Job Purpose and Impact
The Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Technician I, will perform and record monitoring activities, process verification and audits of finished product and shelf-life samples to ensure all products meet all quality measures under frequent guidance. In this role, you will ensure all products meet all safety and regulatory policies and quality.

Principal Accountabilities
- Perform pre-operational inspections
- Audit product and processes for specification compliance
- Sample and test product as required
- Perform operational SSOP audits
- Support Production as a specification resource
- Perform HACCP related SOPs as required
- Various other duties as assigned by FSQR Supervisor
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food safety, quality, or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the past 12 months
