We are a small, family-owned eye clinic located in mid-town Fayetteville. We love being a part of this diverse and growing community. We need someone who has a positive attitude and loves working with people!
We are seeking a Front Desk and Customer Relations Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for running the front desk at a busy and growing eye care clinic.
Responsibilities:
Check patients in and out
Answer the phone
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about our products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Administrative assistant to optometrist
Social media updates as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in health care, customer service, administrative assistant, or other related fields preferred but not necessary
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Clinic hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. M-Th, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Friday, closed Sat & Sun. Employee discount on eyeglasses, sunglasses and contact lenses.
