This role is a crucial part of our growing family of brands, and we’re looking for a driven and adaptable candidate to help shape our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers across all brands, handling phone calls, emails, social media messages, and text messages with professionalism and care.
- Build and enhance the customer experience departments by providing exceptional service and feedback.
- Assist with various marketing, content creation, and design projects as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and design is a plus.
- Ability to work from home, with occasional opportunities to work in-person at our office in Fayetteville, AR.

Evenings & Weekends
Monday-Thursday: 5:00pm-7:30pm CST
Friday: Off
Saturday: 10:00am-6:00pm CST
Sunday: 2:00pm-6:00pm CST
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
