SeniorWorks, LLC, is an administrative company in the Healthcare industry providing multiple services for the geriatric community in the state of Arkansas for over 10 years. We are looking to expand our team and are currently seeking an LCSW with an Arkansas License for our Emotional and Behavioral Health Program. This program provides care for Nursing Home residents throughout the state of Arkansas. As an LCSW with our team you would be offered flexibility in scheduling and a competitive wage. The areas we are seeking to cover in Arkansas : Danville, Van Buren, Fort Smith, DeQueen, Nashville, Ashdown, Texarkana, Prescott and Crossett. This job allows you to complete your work duties outside of the traditional office environment.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment
- Offer crisis intervention when necessary
Required:
- Experience in coding and data collection
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in geriatrics
- Understanding of long term care initiatives
