Word Machinery, Inc. is seeking to fill the position of Inventory Control Specialist. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, who is dependable, and trustworthy. Shipping and receiving experience are preferred, but willing to train the right individual. The successful candidate must possess good communication skills on top of being able to work in a team environment or on an individual basis as needed.
Job Requirements:
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Basic mechanical assemblies.
· Accurately monitor, order, and store inventory.
· Resolve discrepancies in inventories using provided resources.
· Help maintain and expand comprehensive policies and procedures for
inventory control and manage the flow of parts and products.
· Exceptional attention to detail, and accurately document information.
· Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
· Ability to operate hand tools.
· Computer literate and able to quickly learn required software.
· Comfortable with helping in other areas of department to assist shop floor production.
· Basic math skills are needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
