Wachter is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant focusing on fleet and tool management in our Lowell, AR office. Ideal candidates should be willing to learn new skills or possess experience in administrative tasks related to fleet care and monitoring. This position is Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Requirements:
- Candidate must be self-motivated and able to task switch in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate data entry skills
- Must be able to type 45+ WPM
- Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
- Attention to detail, team mentality, and a positive attitude are a MUST!
Responsibilities:
- Reply to all fleet emails
- Answer and make phone calls to technicians as needed.
- Attend weekly meetings with the fleet team
- Input all vehicle maintenance into various systems
- Complete various system changes when a technician is assigned to or removed from a vehicle
- Track all vehicle accidents and make calls to any shops for repair updates
- Add all tools and Wachter shirts to the technician’s asset list
- Review all Home Depot receipts for tools and add them to the technician’s asset list
- Input all new driver information into trackers and set them up with the necessary accounts
- Manage driver's fuel cards and help them if the card is not working
- Verify and enter all technician's time spent on maintenance
- Provide drivers with maintenance PO numbers as needed
- Manage all toll accounts and submit mailed invoices to be paid
- Make monthly trips to the DMV to ensure all license plates and registrations are updated and in compliance with the state of Arkansas
- Run monthly reports to ensure all GPS units are reporting correctly and if not schedule replacements
- Review payments made with corporate cards and submit expense reports
- Present Fleet and Tools presentation to the new hire orientation class once a month
