Job summary : Arkansas Support Network is seeking a self-starting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) paraprofessional to join us as a Lead Behavior Technician. If you’re currently enrolled in an accredited master’s program and looking to accrue fieldwork hours toward your Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, this opportunity is for you. In this position, you’ll assist in supervising and training our staff in delivering behavior-analytic services while implementing individualized treatment plans.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with Behavior Technicians, providing training as needed using the Behavior Skills Training (BST) method.
- Encourage and develop technical, professional, and ethical behavior, focusing on critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Observe Behavior Technicians' performance, implementing and delivering constructive performance feedback.
- Review and provide timely feedback on documents, including data sheets and graphs.
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in delivering behavior-analytic services, in line with the current Registered Technician Task List.
- Provide direct behavioral-analytical services for children when assigned.
- Assist the supervising analyst during assessments.
- Accurately implement behavior-technician services, following the direction of supervisors.
- Maintain the integrity of current programming, making changes or modifications only as directed by the supervising analyst.
- Seek clinical direction when unfamiliar with interventions or situations before implementation or immediately when first involved in such situations.
- Assist the supervising consultant with performing competency assessments and performance evaluations as designed by the agency.
- Model appropriate behavior and techniques for Behavior Technicians.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agency policies and procedures.
- Provide necessary documentation and materials as required by the supervising consultant.
- Fulfill all other responsibilities related to the Lead Behavior Technician position as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- One year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- RBT certification in good standing.
- Completed 40 hours of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) curriculum.
