**Overview:**
We are looking for experienced servers and hosts to work during our weekend hours. Prelude is a fast-paced upscale brunch spot in Fayetteville, and we offer some of the most competitive pay in the area in addition to the best breakfast in town.
**Pay Structure:**
We are a tip pool restaurant. Every ticket has a 22% service charge and a tip line. All of the tips and gratuity are pooled and split amongst every employee based on hours worked and rank.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide the highest quality steps of service from start to finish
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room
- Have a strong knowledge of the menu and potential allergens
- Maintain professionalism and follow dress code
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction
**Experience:**
- At least 1 year in front of house restaurant work is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
