The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and construction duties with a minimum level of supervision. The role will make regular repairs to buildings and equipment to ensure that all maintenance duties are completed by the work order deadlines. .

What will I do?
- Collaborate with the Management Supervisor and Property Manager to maintain the physical condition of the property according to company operating and safety standards, including work orders, make-readies, and grounds upkeep.
- Diagnose standard maintenance problems and determine how to correct them according to schedule.
- Ensure that service requests and repairs are performed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Assist the Management Supervisor with organizing and prioritizing service requests, make-readies, and general maintenance tasks.
- Support the Management Supervisor with overseeing make-ready operations, ensuring vacant units are made rent ready, and complying with maintenance budgetary guidelines.
- Aid in scheduling maintenance work tasks and supervising outside contractors, and more!
Position Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a maintenance role is required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required.
- A Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued HVAC certifications are preferred.
