Job Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Regional North, OTR 11 North, OTR 18: 9 months of experience in the last 15 months, including at least 2 months of winter driving (December, January, or February).
- OTR 21-Day Fleets: 12 months of experience required.
- New Requirement: We’ll accept 1 year of experience within the last 2 years.
Home Time & Fleets:
- OTR 11 North : Out for 11 days, home for 3 days
- OTR 18: Out for 18 days, home for 5 days
- OTR 21: Out for 21 days, 7 full days off. Travel days to and from home are not counted, giving you up to 9 days of real time off.
- Regional Fleets: Home weekend or Monday & Tuesday, depending on home location.
Compensation: - Top 50% Earners (2023):
- OTR 11 North/3 days home: $97,982
- OTR 18 North/5 days home: $100,783
- OTR 21 North/7 days home: $97,705
- Regional North: $92,106
- Regional North Weekend: $99,655
- Team Drivers:
- Team 11: $114,825 per driver
- Team 18: $104,605 per driver
- Team 21: $128,810 per driver
Additional Benefits:
- Travel Reimbursement: We cover travel costs to and from home during your home time, and service your truck while it’s left at the terminal. The truck stays assigned to you.
Driver Eligibility:
- Drug & Alcohol Violations: No refusals or failures.
- Terminations: No terminations in the past 12 months.
- DUI: No more than one DUI, none in the past 7 years.
Moving Violations:
- No more than 3 in the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 in the last 12 months.
Serious Violations (None in the past 3 years):
- Reckless driving, improper lane changes, following too closely, careless driving, using a handheld cell phone in a CMV, or driving 15 mph over the speed limit.
Unemployment Gaps:
- Up to 12 months of unexplained unemployment in the last 3 years allowed.
- Gaps longer than 6 months will be reviewed by management.
