Your Responsibilities as a Property/Maintenance Coordinator
- Manage Daily Maintenance – You will address incoming work orders, coordinate vendors and technicians to address the work, collect bids, get approval for the work, and coordinate the work with the residents.
- Manage Monthly Turns/Make Readies - You will coordinate current make readies from move outs and will be responsible to coordinate work to be completed, either with a third-party vendor or our in-house maintenance team, to get the property turned as quickly and efficiently as possible. This does include working with maintenance or vendors to put together make ready bids and discuss with owners when needed.
- Customer Service – You will communicate with team members, vendors, residents, and sometimes property owners to ensure everyone is confident and well informed.
- Property Wellness – The team will count on you to be the resident expert on property maintenance, including preventative maintenance for common issues, seasonal property upkeep, and unit turns between residents.

Job Requirements for the Property/Maintenance Coordinator Position
Preferred experience for the position includes:
- Working with a team and leading others.
- Familiarity with real estate investing and/or property management.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Digital literacy, including managing multiple simultaneous work order or help tickets.
Benefits & Pay
Compensation for the Maintenance Coordinator position is a base pay of $48,500- $58,500 Annually. 90-day probationary period, after that time you will have a review with your manager and start to receive 401K matching up to 5% as well as 10 days PTO for 1 year, pro-rated at your 90-day probationary period date for the year. Starting compensation is based on experience for this specific role and Property Management, as well as possible raise at your 90 days which is dependent on experience and job performance/attendance during those 90 days.
