As a Distribution Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of products from our warehouse. This includes processing, packaging, and shipping orders while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also assist in inventory management, receiving, and handling inbound and outbound shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Verify product quantities and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking incoming shipments.
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping software.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
