- Serving as a Dillard’s ambassador with all store associates, brand partners and guests
- Maintaining/updating an active clientele
- Meeting/exceeding individual sales goals
- Participating in promotions and initiatives, promoting Dillard’s loyalty and guest service programs
- Actively participating in Dillard’s training and online sessions
