Position: Supply Chain Manager
This is a pivotal role for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the Procurement, Replenishment, and Logistics functions. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will play a vital part in ensuring products are always available where and when they are needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize logistics and ensure efficient product flow.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Sourcing, Product Development, and Maintenance to achieve company goals.
- Operational Excellence: Leverage critical thinking and a robust procurement system to drive efficiency and solve complex supply chain challenges.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to gain insights, predict outcomes, and shape inventory strategies.

What You'll Achieve:
- Impactful Analysis: Analyze business and inventory data to drive performance and make informed decisions.

- Forecasting & Planning: Ensure the accuracy of demand forecasting and identify key monthly opportunities.
- Performance Management: Establish and maintain scorecards, tracking critical KPIs like on-time delivery and inventory availability.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively anticipate and resolve vendor or supply chain issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree: In Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR 6+ years of experience in business management, merchandising, or a similar field.
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience leading supply chain teams is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MRP principles and familiarity with import/export processes.
- Strong Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience working with various stakeholders.
