We are a full service dental practice dedicated to providing the highest level and most modern treatment options for our patients. We are not trying to be the biggest practice, but one of the best. Our belief is that comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning is the best way to begin a relationship with new patients so that we can give the patients the opportunity to make educated choices for their lifetime oral health and general well being. Our continuing care of all patients can then be based on co-diagnosis and planning between the patient and staff.
This position requires someone very comfortable talking with people. As the first person usually seen when patients enter the office, the greeting needs to be by someone who can make them comfortable and great them warmly. This applies to all in the office.

- Answering Incoming Calls
- Computer skills
- New Patient/Update Paperwork
- Submitting Insurance Claims
- Posting Payments
- Scheduling Appointments
- Confirm Upcoming Appointments and Recalls
- Verifying Insurance Eligibility
- Handling Insurance Claims.
- Discussing Bills.
- Collections.
- Any other task as needed
Qualifications Preferred
- Dental administrative support
- Computer skills
- Patient service experience
- Office and clerical experience
- Proficiency in medical records management
- Previous front desk experience
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Basic understanding of CPT coding
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:15 AM - 5:00 PM. Hourly wages will be based on experience level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.51 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
