As part of the Health & Wellbeing Collective, we are building an operational platform to support companies in the Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) space called the VMS Co-Op. The VMS Co-Op will host OLLY and SmartyPants and will grow to include other VMS companies and future acquisitions as well.

We work together to look at the big picture strategically as well as roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty. THE ROLE: Sr. Manager, Digital Growth – Walmart
Reporting to our Vice President, Walmart and Club, the Sr Manager, Digital Growth will serve as a key contributor within our H&WC team and will be an important strategic partner for both our Walmart Customer Team and Walmart Merchant Team. Additionally, this role will serve as the “Digital Captain” and partner with our VMS merchant team. Digital excellence, analytics, and attention to detail will play a key part in this role. We need someone that is committed to being a positive culture impact and a strong contributor. The H&WC operating companies include SmartyPants, Onnit, Welly, and OLLY. Digital excellence is a top priority for us and this role will help lead our current and future Walmart strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the Collective Omnichannel strategy for brick & mortar customers, and be point-person for Walmart Sales Team, Walmart Merchant Team, & internal e-Commerce teams
- Drive competitive digital growth for our brands in Walmart
- Function as VMS Digital Captain, a new role supporting the Walmart Merchant’s growth objectives
- Lead joint-activation opportunities
- Identify and capitalize on synergies between our brands / customers
- Analyze Whitespace opportunities for our brands and Walmart to grow digital penetration
- Stand-up key capabilities for account management and digital shelf optimization at Walmart
- Diagnose & grow multiple online businesses across brands
- Be able to navigate across a complex array of cross functional stakeholders. You will be working with the Health and Wellbeing Collective e-Commerce & field sales team, along with each individual companies’ e-Commerce teams.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing subject matter experts across the Collective to develop an informed point of view on what is needed to drive sustainable e-Commerce growth online and e-Commerce influenced growth offline (in stores)
- Optimize business operations and performance across all digital platforms and fulfillment methods
- A typical week may include the creation and evaluation of data analytics, Walmart Merchant projects, end-to-end digital content optimization, digital marketing strategy, and traditional digital merchandising activities
CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
- 5-10 years of progressive e-Commerce experience
- Have built 360 e-Commerce strategies and seen them through to execution with success
- You are an e-Commerce expert and have worked with Omnichannel customers. Walmart experience is required
- Ability to navigate multiple levels of an organization, and explain complex topics to non-expert stakeholders
- Experience managing external customer relationships
- Relationship building, ability to lead through collaboration & influence vs. complete ownership
- Results oriented with a strong bias for action
- Ability to take the lead in developing tools & process
- Great organizational skills with an eye for consistency, quality and order
- Fantastic communication skills - listening, verbal, and written
- Ability to drive action independently and carry out responsibilities accurately and efficiently with minimal direction; enterprising in seeking new opportunities for the business
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment

- You are completely at ease with computers, including Google Suite and the MS package

What To Expect During The Interview Process
- Initial video screen with a member of our Talent team
- Round 1: Conversation with the Hiring Manager + 1-2 conversations with other Ollies on the team
- Round 2: 2-3 conversations with team or cross-functional Ollies
- Final Round: Homework*
- At OLLY, our final round is called Homework. Candidates who participate in this round are given 3 questions in advance to answer and present to the interview panel they previously spoke with in the process. LOCATION: Northwest Arkansas – Home Office (Travel Required)
Candidates must be based in Northwest Arkansas and have the flexibility to travel as needed.
HOURS: Full time, exempt (salaried)

The pay range for this position is $145,000- 170,000 dependent on experience.
