Responsibilities: As a Community Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property. Your responsibilities include:

Market and lease available apartments in compliance with fair housing laws
Provide exceptional customer service and build connections with residents
Manage rent collection, deposits, and lease administration using Onesite software
Market available units and maintain a waitlist of prospective residents
Oversee renovation and preparation of vacant units for rental
Bid and negotiate service contracts, procure building supplies, and manage vendor relationships
Ensure property maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner
Respond to resident requests and complaints with efficiency and courtesy

Qualifications

Minimum two years of multi-family property management experience
One year of management experience with a successful track record in leasing and renewal rates
LIHTC experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office and property management software skills (OneSite experience is a plus)
Bilingual in Marshallese is a PLUS!
Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Empathy towards residents and staff while enforcing community rules
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
