- Relationships: All employees are expected to pursue relationships (at least within the walls of GVTs) with their co-workers. You’ll be expected to know and be known by those on the Ops Team. While it’s hard to know those in other functions as well, we are all expected to take advantage of moments provided to interact cross-functionally (team lunches, happy hours, Christmas parties). We seek opportunities to up-lift those around us, simply to send people home knowing they are loved.
- Candor: As an overflow of deep love for each other, we give and receive relationship based constructive and caring correction. Problems will never be solved if we keep them to ourselves or just gossip about others/the business. We seek personal growth and the growth of others, at all times.
- Excellence: We desire to be a high trust/low management company. Initial and continued training by directors, should set up each of us to meet and exceed expectations as we perform our specific roles.
- Initiative: Whether looking for more to do on a daily level or seeking out ways to grow in knowledge and responsibilities, we all seek to be proactive instead of simply reactive.
- Urgency: We all seek to master the art of walking the fine line between urgency and pace. Picking, Packing, shipping, etc. needs to be completed swiftly, for the sake of our clients. But we never want to do so at the expense of your personal health, relationships with co-workers, and the accuracy of your tasks.
